Long Term Stays
For reservations over 30 days, we provide a starter supply of household essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries. Once the initial supplies run out, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed for the remainder of their stay.

Parties & Events
Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited in accordance with Airbnb policy and out of respect for our quiet residential neighborhood. Violations may result in fines of up to $1,000.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the home or within 20 feet of any exterior door. Any evidence or odor of cigarettes or cannabis may result in a fine of up to $500.

Check In
Check in begins at 4:00 PM PST and is available until midnight through smart lock access. The entry code will be provided one day before arrival.

Check Out
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Due to our detailed cleaning process, late check out requests cannot be accommodated. Unauthorized late check outs will result in a charge of $1 per minute after 11:00 AM.

Pets
Unauthorized pets are not allowed and will result in a $300 fine.
