Is it cheaper to book directly?
Yes — OTA platforms charge guests 14–15% in service fees on top of the nightly rate. Booking directly with Casa Collective Co. skips that fee entirely.
How do I check in?
All properties use smart locks. After booking, you'll receive check-in instructions and a unique access code before your arrival.
Do you offer monthly rates?
Yes. For stays of 28+ days, reach out directly and we'll put together a custom monthly rate.
Where are your properties located?
We operate in Alhambra, Temple City, San Gabriel, and Walnut — all in Southern California's San Gabriel Valley.
