Other things to note
LONG TERM STAYS
For stays over 30 days the first round of household supplies will be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all soaps, etc). Anything that runs out, guest will be responsible for replenishing for their own use.

NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS
This is a quiet, family neighborhood. Any unauthorized gathering may result in up to $1,000 fine.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY
Includes cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, etc. Evidence of smoking = $500 fee. Smoking permitted only outside the community gate.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 4 PM – 12 AM (Smart lock code sent 1 day before arrival)
• Check-out: 10 AM

Early check-in $20 per hour with host's permission
Unauthorized late check-out: $1 per minute

Request early check-in/late check-out at least 24 hours in advance.

PETS
• $150 pet fee (for deep cleaning)
• Pets may NOT be left unattended without approval
• Unauthorized pet = $400 charge
