The space
LOCATION: Our unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Please note there is no elevator.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms feature a king size bed with premium Nectar medium firm mattresses, designed for a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

BATHROOM: Full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries, including soap, shampoo, toilet paper, a hair dryer and more.

KITCHEN: Spacious kitchen with a wide marble countertop, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, cookware, dinnerware and other dining essentials.

LIVING ROOM: Relax in the roomy living area with a 65 inch smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max and more.

PARKING AREA: One free designated parking space is available within the complex for guests. For additional parking needs, please reach out to the host. Street parking is available during the daytime, but overnight street parking requires a permit. Please visit the City of Alhambra website for more information on overnight and temporary parking.

AC/HEAT: Window air conditioning/heating system is installed around the home for your comfort.

WASHER/DRYER: There is a FREE washer and a dryer room within the complex located near the driveway, guest would be given a passcode to the laundry room.

INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet(Spectrum) speed goes up to 100Mbps+.

Other things to note
LONG TERM STAYS: For stays over 30 days the first round of household supplies will be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all soaps, etc). Anything that runs out, guest will be responsible for replenishing for their own use.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violators caught will be fined as much as $1000

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Any trace/smell of cigarette or cannabis will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smartlock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater a late check-out request) *unauthorized late check out will be charged $1 per minute after 11 am*

Pets: we charge $125 for pet fee and we use that fee towards deep cleaning to avoid any pet allergy for the next guest. Unauthorized pets without approval will incurred a $250 fine
