Daytime street parking may be available nearby, but overnight street parking requires a City of Alhambra permit. Please check the City of Alhambra website for temporary overnight parking details.

Each bedroom has a window AC unit, and the living room has one as well. Heating is provided through quiet floor heating, so it does not make fan noise, but it may take some time to warm up. We recommend turning it on earlier when needed.

🧺 Washer and Dryer:
Guests have access to a free shared laundry room located within the apartment complex near the driveway. A laundry room passcode will be provided before check in.

Other things to note
🏡 Long Term Stays:
For stays over 30 days, we provide the first round of household essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, and basic supplies. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for restocking them for personal use.

🎉 Parties and Events:
Parties, large gatherings, and social events are STRICTLY NOT allowed. This apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors. Violations may result in a fine of up to $1000.

🚭 No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or within 15 feet of any exterior door. This includes cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping. Any smoke smell or evidence of smoking may result in a fine of up to $500.

🔐 Check In:
Check in begins at 4:00 PM Pacific Time through a smart lock. Your access code will be sent 1 day before arrival. Check in is available until 12:00 midnight.

🕚 Check Out:
Check out is at 11:00 AM. Due to our cleaning schedule, late check out may not be available. Unauthorized late check out may be charged $1 per minute after 11:00 AM.

🐾 Pets:
Pets are welcome with a $125 pet fee. This fee goes toward deep cleaning to help reduce pet allergens for the next guest.
