The space
LOCATION: Our unit is located on the first floor of an apartment building

BEDROOMS: Four comfortable queen size beds with nightstands.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathroom and fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer and more.

KITCHEN: A spacious kitchen area that features a wide marble countertop, electric stoves, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, pots, pans, knives and other cooking and dining essentials.

LIVING ROOM: Our roomy living area provides great entertainment with its 65-inch smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other streaming services. Also features our custom made V-shape shuffled board

PARKING AREA: There is a free designated parking space within the complex for the guests. For more parking space needed please reach out to host. Please note that street parking is available during the daytime but overnight parking requires a permit. Please visit the City of Alhambra's website for more info on overnight/temporary parking.

AC/HEAT: Window air conditioning/heating system is installed around the home for your comfort.

WASHER/DRYER: There is a FREE washer and a dryer room within the complex located near the driveway, guest would be given a passcode to the laundry room.

INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet(Spectrum) speed goes up to 100Mbps+.

Other things to note
LONG TERM STAYS: For stays over 30 days the first round of household supplies will be provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all soaps, etc). Anything that runs out, guest will be responsible for replenishing for their own use.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Any trace/smell of cigarette or cannabis will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smartlock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater a late check-out request) *unauthorized late check out will be charged $1 per minute after 11 am*

Pets: we charge $150 for pet fee and we use that fee towards deep cleaning to avoid any pet allergy for the next guest.
